       从1997年利马格兰集团开始进入中国，并通过其在中国的分支、合作机构——山西利马格兰特种谷物研发有限公司及旗下多种品牌公司进入中国大田及蔬菜种子市场。

       山西利马格兰特种谷物研发有限公司为利马格兰集团与山西腾达种业在中国设立的合资公司。合资公司致力于小麦、玉米等大田作物的育种与研发，希望为中国农民提供更优质、高产的大田作物种子。

       欧利马（北京）农业技术服务有限公司（Limagrain (Beijing) Agriculture Technical Service Co., Ltd）为利马格兰集团在中国大陆地区设立的独资公司，致力于为中国农业及农民提供技术咨询与服务。

     欧利马（北京）商业顾问有限公司 （Limagrain (Beijing) Business Consulting Co., Ltd）为法国利马格兰集团在中国大陆地区设立的独资公司。公司在中国大陆地区的主要业务为农业企业管理咨询，信息咨询，投资咨询及营销开发和市场策略咨询等服务。

Shanxi Limagrain Special Crop R&D Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Groupe Limagrain and Shanxi Tengda Seed Co., Ltd. Its mission is to the research and development of new wheat, maize and other field crop species.

Limagrain (Beijing) Business Consulting Co., Ltd. is a whole owned foreign enterprise funded by Groupe Limagrain in China to provide business consulting service for agirculture industry.

Limagrain (Beijing) Agriculture Technical Service Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned foreign enterprise established by Groupe Limagrain in China. It commit to providing technical consulting and service to China’s agriculture industry and farmers.
