Responsibilities:
-Continuous improvement standardized work and processes持续改进标准化作业及流程
-Study the product cycle time and line balance improvement , UPH improvement ,increase the production efficiency continually and implement Lean-production测定产品生产节拍；进行线平衡改善；单位小时产出改善 ；不断提高生产效率，推进精益生产
-Actively promote to SMED improvement积极推动快速换线的改善
-To take charge of plant layout optimization ，according to the research of material path, it proposes method to improve the material flow and eliminate the waiting waste due to path cross负责工厂layout 的优化，根据分析物料流动的路线研究，改善工厂的物流路线，消除物料路线交叉造成的等待。
-Through ergonomics optimization each work station layout, improve space utilization rate.通过人因工程对各工位的layout进行优化(包括物料的放置 作业员拿取料是否方便)，提高空间利用率
-Evaluate production operation manpower demand &production line and machine capacity生产人力需求评估&生产线和设备的产能评估
-Training the production staff about IE basic concept and improve method, and promote production employees involved in the improvement培训生产员工基本的IE概念及改善方法，并推动生产员工参与改善
-Evaluation Production consumable material demand amount, formulate standard usage for
facilitate production control评估生产消耗性物料的需求用量， 制定标准用量便于生产进行控制，
-Take part in VA/VE meeting, proposes the rationalization of the implementation of the scheme, reduce material cost参加VA/VE会议，提出可实施的合理化方案，降低物料的使用成本
-Champion all the manufacturing cost down activities, including labor reduction and quality issues.协助所有的制造成本降低活动，包括降低劳动力和质量问题
-Improve first time through capability of the manufacturing process.改善制造过程的一次通过率

Skill Requirements:
-Fluent in written English and spoken English英语书写听说流畅
-Experience related to automotive field is preferable有汽车行业的相关经验
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.良好的交流沟通技巧
-Must be have IE implement promotion experience at least 3 years ,Famila with lean production and the operation procedure of the manufacturing industry,至少有三年以上IE实施推广经验，熟悉精益生产和制造业的运作流程
-Skillfully use IE techniques and the improvement tools for line balance ,production efficiency and quality issues improvement,熟练运用IE手法及各改善工具进行线平衡生产效率及质量问题改善，
-Able to use the man-machine engineering on each work station of research and analysis, so as to reduce labor intensity, improve the utilization rate of the operator能够利用人机工程对各工位进行研究分析，从而降低工人劳动强度，提高作业员的利用率
-Skilled in Auto CAD software planning production line layout能够熟练运用Auto CAD规划生产
