主要工作职责
? Provide expertise and assistance to ensure continual compliance with the Chinese Tax Laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures
? Responsible for monthly tax filing and declarations, and follow up with stores if necessary
? Responsible for annual audit in relation to tax and annual tax filing
? Incorporate tax planning opportunities in China to further optimize tax position of China
? Coordination with tax officers and external tax agents to support tax function of the company
? Assist in solving any tax internal control issues
? Responsible for invoice purchase, tax control machine based on requirement of actual usage
? Physical invoice management to ensure the safety and adequate usage
? Make the complete and timely invoice filling and verification
? Responsible for setting up internal invoice management process and policy, and ensure compliance with tax regulations accordingly
? Responsible for documentation of tax process and procedures and keep finding ways to optimize
? Support treasury about tax issues and responsible for cross border transactions in relation to tax compliance requirements
? Maintain good working relationship with tax authorities and SAFE
? Involve in ad hoc tax related projects
? Update tax registration certificate and annual inspections
? Support tax audit and statutory audit
? Responsible and support store level financial reports for tax purposes
? Work closely with AP team to organize tax payment timely and reconcile with G/L
? Coordination with legal/license department to ensure the tax certificates and other tax related licenses are in place for new open stores/entities
? Other tasks assigned by line manager when necessary

任职要求：
本科财务相关学历
1年及以上税务相关工作经验
英语四级左右，看懂简单英文商务邮件
