GENERAL SUMMARY:
a. Responsible for selling Fluke SHOP products within an assigned territory.
b. Manage the regional sales platforms and distributors in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions and other distribution support activities.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Sell, promote, direct, and assist distributors in marketing the Fluke SHOP products.
b. Build up and manage sales channels.
c. Secure and renew orders.
d. Work with established sales network alliances and develop new ones.
e. Recognize potential problems (including poor sales performance) and take corrective action.
f. May coordinate seminars and tradeshows. Conduct seminars for customers.
g. May participate in developing initial business concepts and business cases for product development.
h. Perform related duties as assigned.
REQUESTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. BS in Engineering, Science or other related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience:
Strong ability in distribution selling and distribution channels managing. Prefer at least 5 years successful sales experience in similar industry.
