JOB SUMMARY Provide Industrial Engineering Support in terms of basic IE data.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Validate equipment capacity information for the capacity model测量设备UPH，跟踪OEE Validate operators activities and timing for manning model测量操作员作业时间Direct labor requirement estimation员需求数量评估Productivity improvement and cost saving 提升生产效率和降低成本 Machine list maintenance and new machine/scrap/sell machine track设备清单维护，新设备/废弃设备跟踪 Re-layout track设备重新布局跟踪 Space information maintenance(by pkg, by IE request classification)面积信息维护 Basic information trade off with finance/Planning and other team(probe time, demand forecast etc)提供部门基础信息给财务/计划 及其他部门 Attendance system maintenance出勤系统维护 Other duties as assigned.其他被指派任务QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Proficient in PC applications, especially for Excel,熟练使用电脑，尤其是电子表格 Good communication and presentation skill，良好的沟通表达能力KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Good computer understanding with knowledge of Office tools(excel and ppt) Can read and write simple English Able to work in a team and able to effectively communicate with team member Will be good if can use Auto CAD Agile thought and have interesting in data analysis
