THE ROLE ?We are currently expanding internal recruitment team in China and welcoming expressions of interest from those that would like to explore inhouse opportunity with Hudson RPO.?Base at Shanghai and Working in a small team spread across APAC, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of the RPO, Project and Search businesses in china. ?You ‘ve exposure to work with several leaders/hiring managers, your stakeholder management skill is second to none. ?This role seeks a Senior Recruiter who is able to build recruitment process delivery through sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the hiring managers. ?We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and is comfortable with a more ambiguous environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIE ?You have a strong attention to detail, organized and structured in your work. As a recruitment professional, you are comfortable guiding and mentoring junior staff as needed. ?Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting hiring managers' profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements. ?Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management. ?Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions ?Recruitment across a range of functions for professional-level roles. ?Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools.
